may I apply from canada for spouse (temporary visa)which is in Georgia country?

Dear Mr/Miss

I am in Canada, have working visa and would like to invite my wife and child, which are in Georgia country. I am interesting to get temporary visa (to visit me 6 month or more) for them, should they go to Ankara or if I have all documents in Canada (their passports, application form etc.) may I apply from here for them?

Hi,

No, you have to go to Ankara. No TRV (i.e. Temporary Resident Visa) will be issued in Canada to anyone that is not physically in Canada. Only after you come here you may get a NEW TRV (when and if old one expires) without leaving country.
