AOR Received today June 3, 2025

Does anyone know how we can sign in to tracker? We are yet to receive the UCI for Principal Applicant. I have seen posts online that we may be able to link via GC Key?
The AOR letter does contain the UCI and Application number. However, as you mentioned, you received AOR without UCI, you can try connecting your application to the GC Key account with your last name, first name, and there are other options, and you should be able to see the UCI there. I hope this will help you.

Hello, I recently submitted a PR sponsorship application

Type: Outland Family Class
Sponsor: Canadian PR
PA: India
Submitted on: May 27, 2025
AOR: Awaiting

Does anyone know if the approval rates for TRV increases if we submit with AOR? I dont mind if the processing time is longer, if the approval rates remain the same without an AOR, I was thinking if I should just apply now.
I would wait for AOR before applying for TRV. AOR is a confirmation that you submitted a complete application to IRCC with the right fees.

Have not received AOR or any communication from IRCC aside from the initial submission email. Is there anything to be concerned about?
AOR is the confirmation that the application is complete with the right fees. IRCC will make sure that you have submitted all the mandatory forms and documents before sending you an AOR. You can try calling the IRCC Support Centre, and you can check with them the status of the application. You can also try getting a temporary application number from the agent, which usually starts with X, and will become your application number after IRCC deems your application complete and can be processed further.

I will not worry at this time, as the AOR time depends on many factors, as mentioned by IRCC.

Outland Sponsorship from within QC
For our application.
We’re doing the IMM 5409 for common law declaration form.

Being that we’re in two separate countries
Would we have to:
A. Sign two separate forms and have them notarized. Scam both and upload one single document ?

B. Have one form notarized twice by mailing the physical copy between counties and then uploading it to the profile ?

IRCC may accept two separate copies of the same form, each signed and notarized individually ?
Has this been done before since it’s the easier option and faster ?
I didn't know we could apply under common law sponsorship if we don't live together at the same address!!

So I learned that the UCI received is of the sponsor's and that can't be used to create the tracker account. We will need to wait for biometrics letter for my spouse's UCI and then create the tracker. But apparently, I can link the application under the IRCC GCKey portal and it seems that the updates are much more real-time there when compared to the tracker

I managed to link the PR application to the PA's IRCC GC Key account. A couple of important things to note is to enter the name as shown in the passport (I entered in all caps) and then for the place of birth, enter the City, State (again as shown in the passport, I entered in all caps) even if you select the 'Place of birth' option. Hope this helps people who are trying to link and check statuses of their application. Good luck!
