You should expect the decision within 2 months after you submitted your biometrics. The max time should not be more than 2.5 months. If it’s taking longer than 2.5 months, you should go for another alternatives

Biometrics: shows completed on application tracker; expiry date and other information visible on GC key but no confirmation letter.
Background check: in progress
Eligibility review: started a few days ago; I did not receive an email, so I cannot be sure when exactly.
Medical exam: I received a request today (25th September)

Just a quick question: has any other May applicant from India received a medical request? I got a medical request probably because I'm only another 30 days from crossing the 6-month deadline. I am curious to know if other applicants are also receiving the same.
