Hi, our visitor visa timeline
May 2nd - applied
May 7th - biometrics submitted and completed
May 14th or 15th - Eligibility completed on status tracker
but after that there has been no update. Can anyone pls advise how long will it take to get next update ?
Also how do we know our visa processing office ?

I am a permanent resident
Online application submission : May 8, 2024
Biometrics request : May 9, 2024
Biometrics completed : May 14th, 2024
Biometrics updated : May 15th, 2024
Eligibility : completed on May 20th ,2024
Background verification: in progress
IRCC tracker says eligibility is completed but the GC key website shows they are still reviewing eligibility and background check not sure which one to believe

Eligibility on my application showed completed a week after biometrics on 20 May but no update after that
My file submit on 10 may but till now not comes biometric please somebody help me
