I'm probably panicking a bit but it's concerning how others from May 1 to 10 submissions have received their Decision Made and P2s whereas my spouse (also in the same date range) hasn't even received their BG completed! My spouse got what I believe is their P1 (the email where they ask for your name, address, current location in Canada, etc.) on Jan 8, and radio silence since then. Feels frustrating coming to the finish line and then falling behind. Is there a contact number to call them on and ask what's holding things back? Or any other suggestions?!

They probably process things in batches so they might soon send P2 to you. I don't think everyone in that range got their P1s yet.

Also, they don't always update all details along the process. I got my P1 and P2 but my tracker still says it is in process. Some people even get their PR cards although their portals still say their info is in review.
True that! My PR card/application on the PR portal still says "in review" though I have my PR card since July 2024

If you replied what they asked in P1, you will have to just wait for P2. Sometimes some applicants wait a few weeks, some a few months to get P2.

We replied to that email within a few hours just to make sure there are no delays from our side.

Yup, agree, it's true many people have to wait longer, just that it is worrisome the others who applied on the same day and have been on the same timelines for all other stages have received Decision & P2 already. The hardest part is not being able to do anything besides just rely on the case officer's mercy to put us out of our misery. Honestly, a couple days delay is bearable, anything longer would be plain ridiculous at this point.

I am in the same boat, but it has been around 10 days for me. Hopefully, eCOPRs will be send out soon.
