I hope you have no issues with any of the documents you submitted. Try using your receipt number to check thru online tool. If there's still none, then all you can really do is wait.

Please check ECAS using your UCI and if the application received and In Process, it should show under your status (Sponsorship Application Status).

Again, you can try using your receipt number (IMM5401-Starts with RXXX). Using a receipt number, I believe would only work if you already have UCI/Application number in the system. So this is assuming they sent it to the wrong email address.

If no results are found, then you really need to wait for an AOR, to have the UCI or application number for reference.

I will try to answer but this is how I understood the process and I am not an expert:
1. Not mandatory; it depends and you need to fill out this form only if you want to receive your PA's communications. On the other hand, if you have access to the email account of the PA, I don't think it matters
2. I guess so. The checklist instructs to submit proof of contact of PA with the Sponsor. I don't think it makes a difference if you capture those chats and all from the mobile of the PA or the sponsor
3. One checklist for both
4. If checklist items are not relevant, just mark "Not Applicable"

yeah, you can submit screenshots of the calls you had on whatsapp, for my case I took screenshot of my whatsapp calls, and my application has been accepted and processed. am know waiting medical and already did biometric.
