Hello Everyone, so today i got a request to submit police clearance which i already submitted. I think they lost it somehow. Now my question is how should i send my police clearance? Should i upload it online ? if yes then how is it done? or If i should mail it to them? TIA

I'm so crushed. We applied for my husband's pr in May! Just received the application back. One of the forms was missing our kid's birthday on the family info form. They are already Canadian citizens so it's a moot point. Stupid mistake and they said we need to resubmit the entire application and start again. We are already living in Canada and my husband's visitor's visa expires in Feb. We don't know what to do. I spent last night crying my eyes out. 7 months of waiting for nothing. I'm not sure if we should not apply as inbound instead of outbound as we are already here? I'm so mad at myself for making such a stupid mistake. I remember how tired I was filling out those forms. Pandemic, working crazy hours with two kids at home, no childcare etc. I just paid $150 for my friend to fedex me the application and paperwork. At a complete loss as I know it will probably be months and months before my husband can even work, have healthcare etc.
I am soooo sorry. Nobody deserves this. If he doesn’t plan to leave, yes maybe inland is your best bet now. At least then he could get an open work permit at some point. Good luck

got the invitation to Prearrival services what does this mean ?? and what will be next steps from here my application is with CPC- Ottawa and applicant is from India

Biometrics scheduled on 23rd December

@singleman @Phalos your inputs would be appreciated
I am London VO, but I know CPC-Ottawa is FAST TRACK CPC, it is privilege to go there. Pre Arrival means your marriage is GENUINE and now last step for SECURITY check, so probably sometime in January2021 expect Passport Request.

I will need advice on one more thing. So i had already mailed my police clearance and birth certificate two months later after submitting my spousal application. Since today they asked me to submit my pcc. This means they might have lost my second mail. What can i or should i do for this? I would really appreciate any advice or help. Please share your experience. TIA

MUST upload it or any remaining docs via webform. MAKE SURE YOU SELECT > SPONSORSHIP>IN CANADA* (if file is still in CANADA) / OUTSIDE CANADA(if file is sent to any office OUTSIDE CANADA) >>write a message that " I have sent PCC by mail but re-sending here as per your advice .........................." > fill all remaining fields >>ATTACH HIGH RESOLUTION PCC SCANNED at the end>>they will again ask DOB >>HERE APPLICANTS DOB (not sponsor's) File will take 2-3 weeks even here as our PCC took 3 weeks. You will get email confirmation after 2-3 weeks sometimes right away, don't know how it works! Sending PCC twice won't hurt your case at all
* They should write this warning about IN CANADA or NOT but nothing there , as we all think file is outside Canada but it will be sent to NDVO in advance! if file is still here and will NOT be attached

Please try to add your timeline under signatures. May ask any help here. Link is below:-

When they move your file to LVO, does that mean AOR2?
Yes but AOR 2 in real sense is when I see "file received" on my ECAS means VO acknowledges your file. Then ( I THINK) again it may read "In Process" I may be wrong so comments are welcome :)

Any 1 facing the same as I do this morning on ECAS:-
This site can’t be reached
services3.cic.gc.ca took too long to respond.

My brother got decision made for the first side today.Maybe his wife biometrics coming soon

I believe on the forum here AOR2 is considered to be when ECAS changes to "In process" at the LVO, same idea as AOR is when they start to process it at Syndey.

My file was returned but I have not received it to know why , after waiting 7 months since May , who has any idea how long it takes to receive it bk
