It is weird. I just received oath invitation email today but no update in the tracker...
I am not sure if anybody is looking at this thread anymore but just wanted to share my update. I completed my oath ceremony last week

I completed yesterday morning. Waiting for certificate...I am not sure if anybody is looking at this thread anymore but just wanted to share my update. I completed my oath ceremony last week
Crazy how 2020 applicants are not done. And you have some nuisances from sept 2022 complaining because they paid $630 lol. Congrats to you and wish you all the travels you want.

Passport processing is fast these days, 1-3 weeks regular service, usually closer to 1 week. If you do not have travel already booked, you can just go to any Service Canada near you. If you walk in, you should go earlier in the day and will likely need to wait a couple hours. You can also try to make an appointment, although you might need to refresh often before one in the near future pops up. If you already have travel booked, do the same but bring your proof of travel, and you can get expedited service.
You can also apply by mail, but I don't recommend it because you need to mail your original citizenship certificate with your application, so you will be without the certificate for some time, and if it gets lost sending or receiving, it can take over a year to replace.
