Guys, quick question.

Does the letter of reference have to be from hr or manager?

As per my company policy, such letters are given by the general counsel (legal) on a letterhead. It includes everything they ask for and I uploaded the same.

Will this be fine?

Dear @legalfalcon
Thank you for all of your help. I made a small mistake in my address history. I mentioned moving to USA on Sept 15, 2012 but the correct arrival date is actually Sept 14th, 2012 in my passport. My memory failed me on that one. If the reviewer notices the mistake, Is it going to be a big deal?

It's a small issue and you can just ignore it, or you can send a CSE (webform) and inform IRCC of this.

No need to be concerned.

The work reference letter can be from any one authorised by the company to provide such letters.

I had a rejected express application for incompleteness, namely a missing police certificate.

I applied again and i answered "no" on the 2 following statutory questions:

1. Has ***** been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

2. Has ******* ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

I answered this way because i thought rejected for incompleteness is different than refused for a specific reason.
Was that the right choice or am i misrepresenting myself? @legalfalcon
After you file your application and if it is rejected, it is a refusal and you had to answer yes, and in the section below you could have described that it was for the completeness check.

So you should have answered yes. Nevertheless, no issues, and you can send a CSE (webform) and inform IRCC of this inadvertent error.
