Hi, I have a question and I didn't know whom to ask, so posting it here.

My question:
My husband and I, while creating the profile, left out Work Experience that were irrelevant to the NOC we're applying for, or could not find the right contact to get reference letter from.
Eg: After my undergrad, I worked as a software developer for 15 months(left the company in 2013), took a break for 6 months, then did an MBA and working as a Marketer now.
Since the s/w developer role is irrelevant to my NOC, I did not mention it in my profile.
While filling the e-APR, should I provide these details and the reference letters?
I do not have reference letters for that job and all my then colleagues have moved out of that company now. I do have experience letter for it though.

Can you please let me know if I need to provide information for that work-exp?

I am no expert, but here are my views - it all depends on work experience you have claimed points for and that too for primary applicant. Secondary applicant's work experience do not contribute to CRS points unless it is Canadian exp. So, you can skip your experience depending on your situation.

I had a rejected express application for incompleteness, namely a missing police certificate.

I applied again and i answered "no" on the 2 following statutory questions:

1. Has ***** been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

2. Has ******* ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

I answered this way because i thought rejected for incompleteness is different than refused for a specific reason.
Was that the right choice or am i misrepresenting myself? @legalfalcon
