Kindly please confirm something about the confusing clause in the LMIA exempt requirement. Is it1 year of work experience with the same company on any work Permit or the one year must be done using the employer specific work Permit?

are you asking if you need can use one year work experience from any type of work permit the answer is YES for Canadian Experience .

Could you share your background? like do you have a lot of travel, personal history, single applicant etc?

it takes 30-40 days average for most applicant to pass medical ~ my status is still "received" lol
