My husband and I mailed in our application on May 4th, 2017. According to postal tracking, it arrived at CIC on May 10th. We have not heard anything back yet, not even AOR. It has been almost 3 months. I can't find a phone number or email on the CIC website to contact their office; the only number listed is for in-Canada calls only. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do, or a phone number that I can call?

is your sponsor not living in canada? if he/she is then they can call to the in-Canada number. If not, then try sending a IRCC webform query. Or if you are both living outside, and if in fact they are returning the application, then it could take some time to get to you. An applicant from May 9 just got an AOR yesterday, so don't lose hope. Whatever the case, send in a webform query.

Thank you for the prompt reply! Yes, we are both living outside Canada. I am from Canada but I live in the US with my husband, and I am sponsoring him in hopes that we can both move to Canada together. Thank you for the help, I will send in a webform query.

Has anyone of you received an AOR2 once the PA's status on ECAS changed to IN PROCESS?

Not yet. Keep waiting on it and it's making me nervous that we haven't received anything yet.

On a side note, do you have any idea how the pivot table for the summary page were created to be all on the same page? Also I'm trying to recreate the summary table for how many applications are at different offices, do you know how the person showed the cities that weren't selected? Trying to do that for the June spreadsheet.

As to my experience, it took 2 mos to get my Background check cleared before receiving PPR. Others only took a week or few day, I'd say it really depends on the complexity, work/ address history of the applicant. Hope this helps.

on ECAS status visible medical received .

It means they receive medical online or on the basis of courier receipt that they received.

Confusion arise because we send our documents ( background declaration, photo, PCC, medical receipt) in June.

More than 1 month passed then we request to MP and MP confirm that Delhi office did not received courier yet.
But courier tracking status shown delivered in next day.

Please help or suggest....
