Keep checking the ECAS updates. And when they do send it and if you receive it, it will be sent to the CIC account.

We received AOR for both PA and Sponsor and another email sayings some additional documents but it didn't clear say what documents (the subject of the email was enhanced AOR).

On ECAS it says;

1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 3, 2017.
2. We sent you correspondence on June 1, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

Is this to submit schedule A / PCC? or what should I do?? Thanks

Hi, the ECAS is a different status portal. Go to this link and fill in your details:

Electronic Client Application Status (ECAS) - https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=

Under the Permanent Residence Application Status, click on the 'Application Received' field. On there there should be at least one message which should read " We received XXXXX XXXX XXXX's application for permanent residence on May 6th, 2017.

Check to see if there are other messages.

I would wait to receive the email till at least a few more days. If you don't receive anything I'd suggest you call them to inquire.

Below combination worked for me, after multiple trying
1. Log in with GC Key account
2.Select Permanent Residence - Family Class (Spouses)
2. Select family name and given name -
3. City of Birth - fill out as per application
4. Country of Birth - Select PA's country of birth
5. Passport Info - Do not enter any passport info
6. Other Application Info - Fill out the other application info as per your application and put '2' as the number of members in the application for sponsor + spouse (add +1 per dependents)

If you do not link your application they will correspond with you through email so there is no need to worry.We had the same problem and got everything via email.

The sequence varies from case to case. We got the sponsorship approval email after AOR, then a medical request and then a request for schedule A and PCC. You should get working on getting your PCC and schedule A if you haven't started on it yet.
