It's same since the day i applied !

thts strange ....mayb they are not processing applications these days or there might be too much applications submitted ....because they update the status of online applications whenever they process ...u r checking your status at cic website or using tracking id ?????

i applied on 2nd march ....nd still waiting for the response ...my classes r from 29th may ....but my application has crossed almost 5 weeks ...

this is making me more worried. :-[ lot of people are waiting from longer than me,when i'm going to get my response then :'(

no need to worry ....you can mail or call visa office especially if u feel its urgent like your clg start is near or any other urgent visa issue ,then they will process your application quickly acc to your issue . many of my friends or known people hv done that .......but for the time being wait for few days

I have heard it might make a wrong impression on them or the visa officer may get irritated. Is that true?

i have also heard that ...but it will only if u are not giving them their processing time days but if u have urgent issues then you can definately call them .u can check it at cic website too ..

Is someone there who applied for may intake in last week of march and got visa? I applied for visa on 24th march and i'm completely fed up of seeing same message being displayed each time" tracking id no.................... is being processed at Canada visa office, Chandigarh". I hope i'm not late to apply. BTW i have enrolled in associate degree of biology at Douglas college, i'll love to interact with people with same background.

yes his visa was granted ......i think it actually showed a positive impact as he was concerned about his application and his clg start date was very near ...or we can say that it made no impact on its application ....but definately not any negative impact .

your classes are from 8th may and you submitted your application on 24 th march ...so you should wait for few weeks .

oh! that's good. well when did he made contact with them and how(through call or mail)? I mean how many days before his college start date?

They said email us ur query wait for response
He emailed them like few days ago.....no reply from them

actuallly he applied through d consultant and his consultant contacted visa office . and they contacted before 13 days of his college start date , i dont know they mailed or called ......but i hv also heard from many other people who mailed visa office and enquired their application ..i also personally feels tht mailing is better option ..just dont write any irrevalent info ...and write the appropriate thing which u want to ask

u should mail them when u feel that ur clg start date is near and everything is not going the way you planned .
