Consultants can cost thousands of dollars. In most cases using a consultant or lawyer is pointless and a waste of money. Do you have any criminal history? Do you have red flags in your relationship like a very large age gap (15-20+ years)? Is the woman older? Have you been together a very short time? Did you marry when you first met each other? or any other things that would be considered very out of the ordinary, for your culture especially? If not, you probably don't need a consultant or lawyer.dyanaralaconsay said:Did your husband/wife do the application process all by themselves or did they use or ask for a representative/consultant to do it? Thank you decoy..Decoy24601 said:Based on that, your part of the application will most likely be processed in New Delhi after sponsorship approval, but there recently has been one person from New Delhi forwarded to Ottawa, ON, so it's possible.
