Lol your own is even 16 my own own 5th.....I may say you don't to be worried, there are still people at your back ,my wife have call CIC twice ,and they give no other reason rather than they have send enquiry for it,telling us that we should wait,next week will turn it 90days ,I think I'm becoming the longest SA waiting.... Please anybody who have any suggestion should give me oooo

You can call cic once and get information about your status.it would make u more clear.i would suggest you to call cic.

PLEASE TELL ME THIS MEANS SA! My husband just got this in his email... I'm the applicant who got my application returned to me because CIC said I was missing a form for Inland, but I'm applying Outland. CIC admitted to the mistake, and I sent the application. IS THIS SA?!?

Unfortunately this is just an acknowledgement and that too with a new date of JUNE and i see you initially applied in MAY

I wonder if they would take this mistake on part and accelerate your SA process

Yeah you know I'm just noticing this. I'll be calling tomorrow. I was told by the agent that I would be put back into the queue with my original application date. Which is May 20th. Since they messed up. I should not be a June 29th applicant. Ugh. Now I'm mad

You have right to get an inquiry requested by your local MP (Member of Parliament) on your file. All you need to go to your area's MP office and discuss your issue with them. They would send an inquiry on your behalf and give you a high level picture in few days/weeks.

Crezana, din't u file yr application on 16th May?? I think, it's already 64 days in your case. I applied on 26th May and now it's just 55 days today. So, unless you get anything, i need not expect it until at least a week. Why so delayed process to our lot??

There is an April2016 applicant who got SA for approximately 90days. You might consider ordering a GCMS notes or wait for July 23 (CIC said that we will be able to access the status online by this date) to know what is the real status of your application. I got this info from the April2016 thread:

I received my first GCMS notes. I saw it in my email; when I was in the US for a work trip.. i just printed them off.. there were 16 pages. I had my SA back in June 13.. my case was just forwarded to Paris; therefore I was not able to see much on my wife, aka PA side.. everything is blank including assessment.

However now I understood why my SA was delayed.. almost 90 days.. they were checking my old undertake, which was my parents I sponsored by in 2009.. they were never on welfare. CIC requested BC social service twice for my parents and me in fax.. no reply from B.C. until last month. thats why it was delay.

I wanted to point out one thing here. Someone suggested that fax CPC-M document without their request might delay the process. it was not the case. I faxed in my 2015 Notice of Assessment. GCMS note indicated that they received it. did not seem to be the cause of my delay.

once CIC received a negative result of if my parents and I had been on welfare before, after a day; notes said SA past.
I received an email in 3 days.
