After 83 days, I have finally gotten SA

My husband is American , and former military with 3 deployments and I think it might be
longer in the processing for him as well.. I do not know what kind of checks they do
for the places he was deployed , or for his station that was out of the US for a few years.

But at least this part is done, thankfully.

:D

Our ECAS under Applicant says "In Process" but this changed when I received news of SA. I suspect our application hasn't even reached the Amman VO yet and when you click on "In Process" it says 1. We received your application on <date it was received at CIC M> and 2. Medical results have been received.

I'm not expecting any PPR for about 24 more months ;)

Hi Honeygirl! My status changed to In Process on Aug. 7, 2015 then after a week Aug. 14 they send an Email for PPR. So i guess they'll be asking for your passport pretty soon!
Goodluck!

Lonobear thank u... Yea hoping soon i can't wait lol

Today our Ecas changed the PPR status to "In process", however, the SA status still "In process" also, even when we received the sponsorship approval the past 11 August (the letter/email of the CIC). You think that is normal or meaning something? Because I guess the SA status should say DM at this point.

I know that Ecas is just a courtesy of the CIC, but sometimes it is very confusing.
