Our Ecas still in progress, he told us that should change in the next days for a DM, and we should wait about 1 week to receive the official email.
Thanks goodness something is moving!

thx smoothsailing for ur current response .....yes we found mistake one form.....he checked NO at divorce check box but after scrolling the page it changed to YES ...... now how we explain it to CIC ....smoothsailing said:I see you have been posting in the Bangladesh sections. I hope you made copies of all your forms so you can check if you made a mistake and put that one of you is divorced.
If one of you is divorced then CIC needs proof.
If neither of you was ever married before, and not divorced, then instead of sending CIC the divorce certificate they ask for you should write a letter explaining. Explain in your letter you were never divorced and never married before (if true) and if you maybe made a mistake in the application form. If your spouse is the person who CIC thinks was divorced but really he wasn't then he would have to be the one to write the letter explaining and then of course signing and dating it.
That is my opinion.
It is worth a smile and sigh of relief at least.cali2bc said:For what it's worth, we got our SA email this morning and it has today's date. My PR application went from Application Received to In Process on August 6.
If you filed your app on March 6th, you'd be a March 2015 applicant. Your file transfer date is a separate date.anam9094 said:Hi everyone,

So my husband finally got his SA letter, but under the Medical Examination section, it had a sentence that mentioned "we have noted this deficiency". However, I've sent my medical and on ecas it shows that medicals have been received.
Does anyone know anything about this?
Basically I agree with tubbateena's answer. If ECAS said medical received then no problem for now. We had same thing and ECAS did say medical received. We researched and saw others had same so we ignored it.girturtle said:Hey everyone!

Yes, I confirm. We refer to them as SA and AOR2. The AOR2 letter goes to the applicant telling them them Acknowledgement Of Receipt of their application after it has been transferred to that visa office.chilkootcee said:Can someone confirm that the AOR2 letter is different than the letter that you receive when your sponsorship is approved (which also tells you which visa office they send your spouse's application to)
Thanks!
