I got the SA confirmation email today so I am relieved to see in writing that the Decision Made was positive and is the same as I was told on the phone.

The email was in my spam folder although my AOR email was in my regular inbox so if you are hoping for CIC email always make sure to check your spam and do not have your spam automatically blocked or deleted.

I just talked to a CIC call center agent and got confirmation of SA (July 27, 2015). The file was sent to Singapore. I hope and pray that the Singapore VO is as fast as Manila. The 28 months processing time shown online is daunting...

Hi all,

I got the email today that my DM for sponsorship was that I was approved! Yay.

Now a question, will I get another email with AOR2 from Ottawa or was that it? We had to send in our application without the FBI thing and now we want to forward it to Ottawa but want to make sure that they don't send me a new tracking number or something.

So has anyone else's application for PR status changed right after receiving SA? My husbands went from application received to in process just last night. I got SA on July 28 (Recieved email today stating it was sent to Ottawa) and I filed May 28...

Yes! AOR2 received from Warsaw VO (it took 22 days since SA). Now I can relax and just wait

Edit: Hey guys! I just logged in to my application and it says 'In process'. I received my AOR2 yesterday and today noticed the 'In process' status on eCAS. What does it mean??? I am a bit confused.
Looking at the 2015 Outland spreadsheet it seems like nobody gets the 'In process' status so quickly!
Please help!

Does anyone from the London, UK office have an AOR2 . Do you know how long that takes, I got my SA a good 3 weeks ago and still dont have an AOR2 and ECAS is still showing application received.

You will be able to put info under your name in the profile section but only after you have made 10 posts on the site. The profile area will change to allow you do put in the info. But you can start by putting in your info on the May 2015 spreadsheet and the 2015 Outland spreadsheet. See the links below in my signature.

Since I don't a have definitive, written answer if or when my husband received SA, I can't tell you for sure how quickly after SA that my application status showed "In Process." I do believe though that our status updates to "In Process" are occurring rather quickly compared to most. Does anyone else see "In Process" on their PR application?

Also, does anyone know if CIC requests specific documents (other than the generic language in the SA email) before or after the PR application says "In Process?"
