I just checked the cic website, they have a new imm0008 form saying April 2015 but the update didn't come till 9th May. I am not sure if they are gonna ask me for another new form, as my application reached on 7th May?
Did everyone in may filled up the new form?

I unfortunately did the same thing as you! I have been asking around everywhere and some people say that it will be a problem while others thing that since the change is small they might not care. I will try to call them after the long weekend and see if I can get a better idea. I checked everything a million times it really stinks to miss something so small that might get my app returned. (let me know if they accept yours as my application only reached on May 14th)

All you can do is wait, Sometimes CIC lets non updated forms pass through. We were one of those couples and they did not request updated forms nor return our app. It is up to CIC what they decide to do. Try not to worry.

Did you use Courier or Regular mail ? If it is courier then the good thing is you can track it and Signature will be provided on time of delivery.

I sent it by Purolator, and a signature was provided on delivery. How long does it take for cic to make the online ECAS available to me.

I saw the IM0008 was updated as well a week or so before submitting my application, we redid the revised one just to be 100%

Well I sent my application in for the second time the first time was in Feb they lost that one so I sent the second one on May 13 they received it may 13 so now I have to wait again grr.sponsoring my husband from Jamaica . I'm hoping for a quick process but I have a few red flags as they put it. But I pray to God everyday they process it quickly..
red flags are: 27 years age difference, I sponsored my ex husband, and he has a refugee claim refused, and he overstayed in Canada.
the positive things he was with me 8 years lived together 6 years and he has no convictions and he loves my 4 kids he helped me raise for the pass 6 years but because of divorce issues and my ex husband's sponsorship it was not possible to sponsor him until now..
I really miss him so doesn't my kids I would do anything too get him back with me and my 4 kids ages 8,9,12,13.
They miss him too since that's all the kids know as there father . Dear God please let our family become 1 again

I did not see the change to the form until after CIC received my application on May 12. Technically, the website was updated on May 9, which is when we mailed off the application. Hopefully our apps won't get sent back to us.

If you look at the bottom of the page, it says it was last modified on 2015-05-09, even though the form says April 2015. As for myself, I am almost positive that I didn't see the change on the 8th when we were finalizing everything. I only saw it after we sent our application on the 9th.

I know I went through the site and triple checked that I had the most updated forms on May 3rd, the night before I sent mine off; I didn't see that change. You've confirmed that I was not and am not crazy.

If I've gotten SA approval (I sent my app April 14 and did not seen the update...) would it mean I'm in the clear or will they send my husband's app back to me?

I didn't see the change either when I did my application on May 7th. The document was signed on May 7th but didn't send them out until May 14th, so I'll post update as well if they refuse
