Anyone started reviewing the Discover Canada? Actually what I mean is, should we start studying already or should we wait for AoR? I know it doesn't hurt to start reading the book already. I feel like one month (example) won't be enough for me to memorize all those names & dates as I'm not good with those areas.

I did
I now know about jhon cabot, about the early 1600, about the fur trade, about 1982 constitution, about 3 levels of government, etc.....

Same here, I don't think I can memorize everything within a month. I also download the audio file, even though I fell asleep all the time when I play it because I play it as a "bed time story"

I started reading but you don't have to memorize. It's a multiple choice exam and you don't need to have 20/20 neither.

No AOR's and nobody from April reported AOR's today. CIC might be quite busy getting the new system in place and not much time to do AOR's. Lets hope tomorrow is better!

I just think that CIC is now completely focused in getting the new system in place and might wait a few weeks as they will be a flood of incoming applications for them to sort through before going back to processing applications in the pile again.

Oh and an April 30th applicant just got an AoR at 10am today. Finally some movement from yesterday's silence...

Nice, I can see here on the April's timeline spreadsheet that some applicants from 27, 28 and 30 got their AORs. So I guess the info about they being opening the 24 applicants is not precise.
I think we still have chances of May applicants starting to get AORs this week.
