Thanks, I don't mind waiting. Just wanted to know why the agent would say that, and whether I need to verify again with the Panel Doctor that he uploaded correctly.
And in my case, I am diabetic and hence am wondering if CIC has an additional step for the medicals to be reviewed by their doctors before sending to the case officer.
I will try sending an email to CPC after a few days.

Hey guys! Landed exactly a week ago. Thanks for the help and support. I truly believe that I wouldnt have landed if not for the help I got here. Good luck to all those waiting

Hello All,

Finally after 6 months from medicals, i got the third line in ECAS.

We received your application for permanent residence on May 29, 2014.
We started processing your application on July 11, 2014.
Medical results have been received.

but what's strange is the july 11 2014, is actually the AOR date, but i see normally this line will have the date of the final processing they do, like August 16th 2015
anybody has a similar experience?

I have EXACTLY the same date on mine (2.We started processing your application on July 11, 2014.), my application went in on 30th May 2014.

We are eagerly waiting the COPR!!! I've called many times, same old response "we're waiting on background checks".

I'm sick of waiting for this.

I finally did my landing last night at Fort Erie border crossing.

Everything went smoothly, me and my husband did a u-turn on USA border. They sent us inside, gave us a paper as a proof that we left Canada and we just went back to the immigration office at the border.

Lady filled out the CoPR that we gave her, Congrats us on becoming a permanents residents and that's it. Now we just need to wait for PR cards to get to us by mail.

Thanks for all the help, people! It was a long ride, but at least it ended up successfully. Wish you all the best, and hopefully all of you will do landing soon!

Cheers!

Hi everyone, another may applicant here.

CIC recieved my application on May 29, 2014. I did my medical one year later to speed up the process. On June 26 I got my medical instructions and forwarded them with the eMedical Information Sheet from the physician to CPC-CTD-Ottawa e-mail. On August 7 ECAS was updated with the following line:

We sent you medical instructions on June 27, 2015 to <my home address>. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the correspondence to the wrong address, please contact us.

So CIC didn't get my medical results. Also they mentioned my home address, but the medical instructions were sent by e-mail.

Was anyone in similar situation?

Thanks!

I got my passport back from Ottawa yesterday with copr and visa.

I landed at Rainbow bridge yesterday night. No fuss, just a long waiting period (4hrs) but I guess thats because of many people.

Hope you have received your passport back too.

Have you contacted the doctor to make sure it was uploaded?
