I just called the agent confirmed that the shift to St Clair was for a normal process and the office is closer to me. I was informed that they do not have a test date as yet, but keep my eyes out as it could be very soon.

I am so happy that I called the CIC and informed them that I am leaving on vacation for three weeks in December when lots of people have tried to convince me that it's too early to call or inform them.
If I never called and I was scheduled to take the test on the 17th, I would have been screwed to be honest (I am leaving on the 14th of December)

So I advise to call the CIC no matter what. No one can postpone the test because of travel plans.

What does your e-cas say? Also do you see both "Received" and "In Process" in your e-cas?

It's not me ;D. HOpe I get my test scheduled soon. It's another applicant. I was just trying to let applicants know that they need to call the CIC if they are leaving Canada for more than 2 weeks. Because qwerton got scheduled for the test in just 6 months (approx.)!

I thought if you got the test so soon, then mine should be just around the corner.....i was almost about to pick up the phone inquire haha....

You mean you have one received and two in process entries....thats strange
