Thanks ferna. It will be better if you are at home. Since this is xpress post they will leave a notice to collect from local post office if you are not at home.

Mine has been there for two days.. as per the trend.. i should be getting it tomorrow.. i need to get over this and focus on my life..

If i get it tomorrow.. i will go to the falls and land immediately.. 8) ;D

You can check http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/do-rb/provinces/bc-eng.html to see where Immigration Services are available. Last time I went to Peace Arch for my work permit around 11pm, Immigration Services were open and there was no line up.

Just received a reply from CIC on an email asking if they have received all the required docs. And they replied with yes, and no further action is required from my end.

Also, I just requested GCMS notes. Just in case my file takes more than a month, because I read about cases that took forever due to the security/background check.

Approx. how long does it generally take after finishing the Medicals and receiving passport request?
