There landing VISA is valid until May 2020. They are in Canada but no US VISA. I heard appointment will take longer

Did you enter the USA? My parents don't have USA VISA and is it must to enter the USA?

Guys, can anyone tell how much cardiologist charge for immigration test? My Mom's BP was very high (White coat hypertension) and referred to cardiologist. She has supervisa insurance. Can I claim cardiologist fee from insurance?
