Yeah you are right the officer said that the paper we got with the requested documents was from cic and that he is not from cic, so if i want, i can make an appointment with them instead, an they can see me in a month or two!

I sent it March 18th and they received it March 19th. The tracking number was activated yesterday showing that the item has been processed then this morning it changed to out for delivery. I think that things are going smoother at this point so good luck guys :)
