Congratulations frenchie! I applied the same day as you and got AOR the same day as well. Our AOR came later than anyone in May. I haven't received MR yet. Did your ecas change to in process?

Ahah, exact same dates indeed. I guess it makes us application buddies .
No, my E-cas hasn't changed to "in process" yet.

Unfortunately my application is rejected.
I am not convinced about the decision.
In fact I completed my graduation on Dec, 2010 , result published on Jan 2011. But as per convocation I received my certificate on June 2011.
I got job on 22nd Feb 2011 which ends on 29th Feb 2012 ( total 1 yr 7 days).

Unfortunately the visa officer count my job experience starting from June 2011 ( after the receiving of graduation certificate) which accumulate only 8 months.
what`s why they refuse my application. Here is the comment:

`` under the post-graduation stream, an applicant must have acquired 12 months of full-time skilled work experience after having obtained a Canadian educational credential on the completion of a program of full time study. As your degree was conferred June 17, 2011, the qualifying period commenced on that date and you had attained only 8 months of skilled work experience when you submitted your application.

Can anyone suggest is there any way for reconsideration.

sorry to hear about your application being rejected. Would you mind sharing when your PGWP was issued? Did they reject your experience prior to PGWP or prior to convocation? Thank you!

my cousin sent her application May 16, she (together with her 3 dependents) finally had their medical done yesterday, Feb 4th. weird thing is, their ECAS status changed to MR received last night and they just had their medical yesterday? must be an error on CIC's part i guess.

Your cousin might be done her medical examination at the practitioner clinic, which is available eMedical system.
The doctor who can access eMedical system might be able to send medical results on-line.
It may be faster than paper-based system.

Anyway, it is kind of good news their eCas status updated fast.
They can hope their process can be faster than others.

Hello Guys, I'm new to this forum. I got MR today for me and my dependents by email. But weird thing is, they also requested to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) fee before they actually sent the MR.

Has anyone got this kind of request ? Please suggest.

Doc's request: RPRF fee payment - 5-Feb-2013
MR: 5-Feb-2013

Hi, I had a document request on November 1st,
sent all the requested docs by Nov 26th, and am still waiting for MR,
so it's not uncommon. I think whenever documents are requested we should expect a
little bit of a delay.
