Hi Pakistancan,

Yes i did my medical in edmonton, southside. No they didnt tell me, i called them when they sent my medical, they just told me they send all medicals after 10 business days and thats it. So what i did was i emailed cpp ottawa if they have received my medicals. Got a response after 2 days that they did receive it.

Oh that is exactly what they tolld me but I never emailed Ottawa or anything. Did you get any answer after that?

Any MRs today???

Received email stating that my application has been rejected.
The reason is that I did not specify any job duties on employment letter. What should I do? Do I apply again with a new letter? Please advise.

I did an inquiry about my permanent resident application today with my MP office (this is a service that MP offices usually do!)
the answer was my application was in background check.

I assuming this is a good news which means I have passed the requirements and it is the admissibility check process now
The next step after that could be medical request:)
Has anybody else done that?

Sorry to hear that.
I think, just in my opinion, you have to update your employment letter and apply again.
Anyway, what is your visa officer number?
