I sent all documents last week. They received them on December 7. I am waiting since this time. I will keep you inform how things go.

Sounds good, Kenji. I sent mine this week, i think they wouldnt get it until monday, so youre like a week ahead of me again lol. Im like your shadow I wonder if we have the same visa officers? Do you get responses thru mail or email? I provided them with my email add but he/she keeps on sending me mails instead, thats why i dont know my VO number cos it didnt say on the letters. Doesnt really matter, im fine with whichever way of communication he/she prefers as long as i get them hopefully you'll get your stamped passport back soon!

It will yours soon

Usually I don't use to be lucky but not this time
I don't know when I will do my landing. As I live far from the border (and the weather is bad so far), I call CIC to get an appointment. I am still waiting to get some news from the local CIC office...

Hi Canadain.

yes i did send them an email a few weeks after i did my medical. i just wrote them a simple letter, stating my full name, Client ID#, date when i filed my application, and ask them directly whether they have received my medical or not. i believe there is no format that needs to be followed as long as you tell them your personal informations so they know how to identify you from their system
