I guess "in due time" means it could be in 1 month or maybe in 4 months ? Anybody has an answer what they mean exactly ?

i am new here and this is my time line (for conjugal partner/permanent residence)

visa office: mississauga
Med. done: March 2012
app. filed and recieved (Canada): May 17, 2012
app. recieved (Manila): August 27, 2012
passport request (w/ add. documents such as Cenomar, birth certificate, past history, etc.): December 1, 2012
interview: waived
PP sent: December 18, 2012 (i just notice the email from embassy requesting my pp)
visa: still waiting, only God knows

My Xpresspost tracking number went live last night, isn't it a little too early??? They just received it on Monday dec 17... My ECAS still is in process.. It says it should be delivered today.. Im a bit worried why it was really quick..
