I am able to see my old application, I have sent at least 5 or 6 letters since March to cancel it asking for a refund but they didn't yet.

my application received in nova scotia may 28,2012 encashed june 13th and now i just got my AOR october 9,2012, and it says your application transferred from the CIO to the CASE PROCESSING PILOT-OTTAWA (CCP-O), anyone knows what is the next move ,, or how many months to wait for medical request ???

Mine took 3 months to come and its in your e mial. so make sure you check your inbox AND your SPAM . It usually goes to SPAM.

Wow. 3 months and 5 months!

I applied in september and some of the guys who applied before have already recieved their AORs. Today 31st days - and i still haven't received it. So perhaps im among the ones who will get their AORs perhaps in next 5months? I know they have already taken the money - checked it online on my credit card. but no AOR so far.

By the way, can they still return the application back after taking the money?

You should hear from CIC with 120 days from when they recieve your application. If that doesn't happen you should write them an email. And CIC processing the application fee doesn't indicate anything but AOR will indicate that your application has gone through preliminery test and they do not require any documents at the time but will ask for them in the future if needed.

did you follow up with CPP-O before getting the AOR?

Did all May applicants receive AOR? Is there any ways to check online status of the application prior to receiving AOR? I see so many June applicants have already received their AOR.

According to trackitt data 19 out of 34 May applicants received their AOR. The proportion is similar for June applicants. Usually, the online (eCAS) status will be updated after you receive your AOR. You can check your online status using your UCI, found on your WP.

After 7 months of sending letters and e-mails to Ankara my 2006 application now shows withdrawn on Ecas, I am hoping they will refund my $1900, since 2006 I obtained several Caips that have shown that they didn't even open the application within the 6 years it was "in process", hoping that the new May application will receive my fees worth of attention.
