I searched for a place to do it, and I cannot find it.
Could it be that I need to be a phase further then Newbie to have the ability to update my profile?

I am originally from Québec, but lived in United States from 2000 until lately.
Came back here to live with my american husband, which I am sponsoring for PR.

We live in Montréal and love it.

no...this is standard...your app was filed April 30th.....so you still have a bit of a wait but the good news is they seem to be moving alot faster these days.....the day you received your aor is the day your name will pop up in the system!!! they probably told you not to call back until after the date on the website says for working on applicants so in your case when they say working on apps received May 1st....you can call and they will help!!!
