Do you know when your application was received?

Hi Bonitanita,

Our representative couriered our application from Toronto to CPC-M on May 22, 2012

Ideally, it should have reached the office on 24, may 2012.

am I right?

Hi!

We sent application on May 16, it is an Inland application.

Since we were waiting for FBI clearance, we called the 888 number and asked if we could send it without the FBI letter and they said yes.

So we did.

Then last week, we received the FBI clearance, and were ready to send it, but had no UCI to tie it to, so I called every half hour between 8 and 4 pm for three days, and was never able to get an agent; then emailed them to ask how to proceed but received an email tellling me they would not anser my question.

So. we decided to send the FBI clearance, specify the receipt number.

Can someone share his/her experience or of any other person's experience who
submitted spouse application to CIC, Mississauga without Medical. I submitted my wife's application
to Mississauga without Medicals on May 2nd. I think all the other documents should
be well in order with proper signatures.

to Mississauga without Medicals on May 2nd. I think all the other documents should

They will either email you asking for the medical and you'll get approval after you mail it in OR they will mail you back the entire file with your UCI and file number and you'll have to mail everything back in with the medical.

Thank you Canadiangirl for the answer. If they send the complete package back, will I have to fill forms again or can I simply attach the
Medical to the parcel they sent and send it back again (if only medical in the returned packet is requested). Does the PCC needs to be done again. Also any idea whether the probability of getting email is more for missing document or getting the whole packet is more.

If only the medical is missing, that is all you will have to send back in. It all depends on the officer whether you get the file back or an email. Good luck!

Hi,

As per my understanding the PCC should not be more than three months while applying..
so if your PCC is active, you are good on that part..

Yes we did. We have two copies, so if this one does not make it, we still have the other one.
