I'm trying to change my address online but it wont let me login - I have a UCI and Application #. Do I use the Sponsor or Applicants information? I've tried both (and both numbers) and can't do it..

it takes a couple of days for ecas to work once you have approval/aor......UCI# is sponsor info and File/Applicaiton# is applicants info

I sent my application May 10 and I have not being approved yet,they kept telling me they are doing welfare check since about 2weeks. I have never begin on any social assistance or have a criminal record.

I don't know why they check some people. They're checking me too, I was always a good girl, paid my taxes, never welfare, no criminal record, perfect drivers license.. Ok so I had a few parking tickets that's the worst thing they can find on me.

I already made an appointment with my MP, I will be seeing her on monday cos this is way too much. If my application is incomplete,I believe they should return it on time rather than just keeping it.

Steph C and Molinzy.....I bet you hear by the end of the week....honestly the agents are only guessing at what is holding up your file.....and it is funny that both of you have been told the same thing......that is what the option c printout is for.....so I am thinking the agent is just grasping at straws to give you something instead of saying call back in 2 weeks because the time posted on the website is greater than your date. Hang in there a little longer....it will be a great weekend for the both of you....keep your faith just a little longer....sending positive thoughts your way...

We logged into our ecas which is now working(got approval two days ago). It says the sponsor's name and then this "If you want to see the details of an application, click on the underlined status".


There is nothing else below that line. Any ideas whats going on??

just the usual....ecas is not very reliable....give it another day or so and decision made should pop up!!!
