thank you. they are saying list will remain as is with few changes on the matter of points to education, experience and IELTS.
but we can only be certain once they posted it.

I honestly don't want to apply again for july list. I want to re submit my papers if possible.

I am gathering ideas right now. after all there is no harm in trying.

I am so sorry to hear this! These agents...argghhhhh ! Well, as your cap is reached, just wait for the next list which is not long time away. Please, I am sure by now, you've got all the info u need to lodge application by yourself. Don't waste your time and money on these useless agents! Good luck for the future! Mandie

Dear Isidra, I don't don't think it is possible to resubmit application once the cap has been reached. The fault was yours (well, ur agent's). The onus is on the applicant to ensure that he provides the right info for payment processing. CIC will try once to charge CC, if unsuccessful,they will try again, as happened in the case of ahoy. As urs was declined again, CIC returned your application. Your only option is applying under the new rule. Just expressing my candid opinion, hope it helps. Mandie

that agent is terrible! At least if it is really true, then you have your documents back and you can get ready for the next submission.

i do not have news about my application til now 8) it was sent 15 May (morning) and they received it on 20 May (morning).....i am waiting for it in our PO Box.... ;D
