I too have sent full docs of my application for FSW (Nairobi Office) in May 2010 through an agent. AOR was received in June 2010. So far no status report or reply. My friend submitted his application on same date but used the Quebec method and already got reply for medical test while I am still waiting.

Do I also need to inform them regarding my promotion. This is just a change in designation,, my role and responsibilities are all still same.

Also a news:
A friend of mine applied in 2009 and he got his PR last week. He is a software engineer..

If your promotion has triggered any salary increase and change in designation, then Yes, you need to inform and update your VO.

why don't you join us with NairobiVO group and post their may be your get the reason why our Ecas stats doesn't show up. i my self confused and unable to know my status via Ecase.some one told me that until the VO start to open for processing, you can't see you status. BTW what is you NOC and RU pre June applicant?

after 10 days of disapearance of address from my e-cas today it cameback without any status change. Still its RBVO(pending review).
what they did during above period?

My address disappeared last week Thursday and after 1 week it came back today with no change in E case status. It's the second time happened with in a month

You must send a case specific or general inquiry regarding yr 2nd AOR.
I also sent my full docs to ND-VO in Jan 2011 and didnt get the 2nd AOR till June.I sent inquires to ND VO two times in May end and June and later on I got 2nd AOR that too hard copy in the simple post dated 8th June 2011.

What does 2nd AOR means?

I received my 2nd AOR two days ago by the regular mail and they said that within one year they will start process my case and I should contact them after 8 month if they don't contact me during this 8 months.

then what about the interview? do they require an interview to anyone who got the 2nd AOR?.
