I got this email today but I'm not sure if this is the second AOR. The number that starts with a B works on the CIC website but, it still says RBVO with details that my complete documents have been received by the Buffalo VO.

Its now more than 6 months now after sending full documents to London VO. I sent them an email after 4 months but they replied that they cannot provide any information at the moment and keep waiting. So I waited 2 more months and few days back sent them another email. Again this time they didnt provide any information about my 2nd AOR or 2nd File number. The simply replied to my query as below:

Unfortunately, it will take longer to process Federal Skilled Worker applications submitted under the first set of instructions (between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010) than originally projected so many of these applicants will have to wait two years or more to be processed

I am now really worried about my documents as i sent several original documents and certificates. Although ECAS shows that RBVO and Pending for review but due to not getting 2nd AOR and 2nd file number i am really concerned about my documents.

Please advise what should I do? :-[ :-X :-[ :-X :'(
i have received my 2nd AOR on 12th May 2011 through ordinary mail. But Estatus is still showing RBVO

RBVO means they have amrked your application as complete and am 90% sure its been provisonally accepted as well based on paper review....now their two replies dont have your second file number so you should'nt send another email for atleast another two months....your AOR is probably lost in the mail....

Dear Haral,

Thanks for your email. But if they have checked my documents and mentioned RBVO then it means they have created my file but then what is the problem with them in mentioning the 2nd AOR number in my email response. It happened with many people that they received ther AOR# in the email response.

2ndly, one of my friend under post 26June rules submitted his all docs to CIO and received 1st AOR (+ve reply). His ECAS is also RBVO while he didnt send any thing to VO.

Due to all these things, I am really worried and scarred about my documents where several are original papers. I am really feeling helpless......

hi guys .. how reliable is the timeline posted on cic web page for processing ... ?? anyone got any idea ... my 2nd aor didnt mention any time frame .. just the file number .. just curious ..

buffalo just changed to 19 months from 17...

mate dont worry about it...nothing wrong has gone in your case so far expect unforyunately your AOR seems to be lost in the mail so far...as far as their email replies are concerned..probably some buggerhead did'nt bother to check that you wanted your new file number.....dont worry about it...email them again and just mention in one liner that you have'nt recieved your AOR and would like to get your new file number for furture correspondence.

it's historical and may not dictate timelines for future applications. however, we may use it as reference hoping that the processing we receive is close or faster than what is listed there.
btw, while waiting, here's a good reference site on Migrating to Canada

I also got my second AOR in email.. now waiting for next stage ::) ..
Does anybody know whether we need to travel to Canada actually to get our PR (though seems like a dream yet but still...) ??
Is there anybody who already has got Medical request from this group?

New Timeline of Delhi Visa Office has been extended from 11 month to 14 month....... >:(
what means of it ....yaar

Canada FSW immigration Service will take more than 2 years time............ >:(

hotheart

Guys I got a small confusion I applied in May 2010, submitted full application in Dec 2010 to New Delhi Visa Office, received 2nd letter on 18 Jan 2010 (letter dated 12Jan 2010), since than (almost) my application is in RBVO & Pending review in ECAS. Today processing time for New Delhi is showing

Visa Office: New Delhi - India
Processing Times IN MONTHS
Applications received BEFORE February 27, 2008: 85 Months :o :o
Applications received BETWEEN November 28, 2008 and June 25, 2010: 14 Months

from when these 14 Months are calculated.... I Just wanted to estimate my wait :'( :'( :-[

Few more Queries Guys...

1) I used Fixed deposits to show my Settlement Fund , few of them will be maturing during this inevitable wait... What will be Visa office's take on this as far as I know they will be reviewing and physically verifying all the supporting docs during "In Process" stage. So will they consider it or request me to submit them again

2) Same in the case of PCC, which only last for six months from its issue date, which will be very much expired in our case (i.e. in India), so what will be VO's take on this...

Please help... this wait, confusions and questions are really eating my head :-[

From what I've heard from other people, that would be from the moment they receive your full documents.
