Fortunately your timeline mentioned matches same like mine.
I am bit confused on my IELTS academic results ( Reading: 7 Listn: 7.5 Speak:7 Writing:6) which i submitted along with complete documents in Jan 2011.
I am Bsc Nurse by profession. with 8 year exp. will my IELTS results be acceptable.

Please guide....

hi marchie, ur ielts points is 14. correct me if im wrong. but in GT that score is 14 points. i dont know if its the same with the acad. are u single? or if maried, is ur hubby a bachelors degree grad? or do u have relative in canada? or do u have another course or a masteral degree?

I do not really have good experience as concerns your issue, please wait for experts to make a comment. But my fear is, if they ask you all his details, that is where you will have some problems.

If you had sent a copy of his residential card, copy of payslips and birth certificate to show how he is related to you, then i think all will be fine. But if you did not send this documents, please try and ask him to send them to you. I am sure visa officer will ask them later.

I wonder how come they issued second AOR to me from New Delhi Visa Office as my status shows that it is still with the CIO, Sydney, Nova Scotia C-50 Office

My Question here is : It should show that the documents are pending review with New Delhi Visa Office but it is showing as Sydney, Nova Scotia C-50 Office.

Iam really confused with this please anyone give u'r ideas.

I need u'r suggestions about what does this E-Cas Status conveys to me.

here is the update from my side.

after 143 days of sending my full documnets to CHC London
yesterday i got my 2nd AOR through regular mail
AOR issuance date is 18th April delivered to me on 29th April
A new file Number has been pasted on the letter

It took almost complete year to reach till here as i submitted my initial application
to CIO on 23rd April and reached there on 3rd May 2010.

hopefully till May 2012 we will get our visas stamped on our Passports.

Guys please suggest.. This wait/delay is killing.... Is this normal or there is something going on inside there...

mine consultant says.. CHC is working on Post June 2010 applications as they have deadline to finish them by this June 2011, as new CAP system is/to be introduced. So they not gonna touch May-June 2010 applications till july :'( :'( :'( :'(

I have sent my first application for research study admission today. Lets hope to get admission very soon. I dont think I will hang on my career to wait here endlessly, and keep checking my ecas or keep calling to my home to find out wather or not they received any post.
