Thanks Awoderu! For most past applicants, there is a status 'RBVO' which then changes to 'In Process'. But mine directly went to 'In Process' without 'RBVO'. Do you know why?

Don't worry. Soon status would change from 'In Process' to 'RBVO'.

Dear my friends . after about 3 months I have not received my 2nd file number. what do you think? Are you agree to send an email to damascus
thank for your help

Hi my friends I am still waiting for your help regarding above quote.

I have a question....

Once we receive PPR request, do we need to send it by post to London VO or can do we need to submit passports at Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi?
As per my understanding, we cannot send the passports out of the country by any post service, its illegal. 2ndly, sometimes, it takes long to get the passports and it will be very difficult to stay in another country for long without passports.

Guess What! Today they have added a line 'Medical Results Received' to my 'In Process' Status. I just sent some additional documents last week and have not yet received any request for medicals! This is really strange....

For me they added "In-Process" and "Medical Results Received" in the first stage itself. Then they removed "Medical Results Received" .
After some time status changed from "In-Process" to "Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete. This is the correct status. They start with wrong status and correct it slowly. So don't give much important to online status. I haven't received 2nd AOR or MR so far.

Thanks

Dear All,

Good infomation to share with all.. VISA TARGETS-2011

Click the link...from one of Law firm from CANADA. As per table Total FSW Visa to be issued in 2011 is 55900

Out of that New Delhi is Given : 7500 visas to be issue in 2011 under FSW .

Now Out of 7500 : How CHC New Delhi will allocate :

(1) Post June 2010 applicant ?
(2) Post Feb.2008 to < June 2010 ? Or
(3) BackLog ?

Hello Mayank

It showed very few FSW visa in Singapore (1100) rather than New Delhi. Disappointed sheet for those whose VO is Singapore. Hope for the best.

Guys...Medical Bug is back again...whats going on....CIC/CHC getting crazy...

I checked my status and it says like this:

We received your application for permanent residence on May 19, 2010.
Medical results have been received.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 25, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review

I Saw many postjune applicants got e-cas status mentioning 4th extraline "we started processing your application from 24 february 2011".most of the postjune applicants got e-cas like this while all prejune applicants shhwing pending review.just go and read postjune26thread.

Dear All ,

I think to better understand e-cas status.

There are 2 different links are given to us.

One is Application for Permanent Residence Outside Canada for Pre 26 June applicant

https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/redir.do?redir=app_perm_fam&lang=en&app=ecas

AND Second is :

Application for Permanent Residence - Federal Skilled Worker submitted to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) Sydney, Nova Scotia -- Post 26 June applicant

https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/redir.do?redir=app_perm_wrkr&lang=en&app=ecas

Hope this will help to clear sort of confusion on e-cas.

Regards,
Mayank
