My 120 days for submitting the docs is going to be over within 2-3 days and I have not received the PCC. Its been almost 1 and 1/2 months since I submitted the application for PCC. I don't think I will be able to send the PCC with my documents. My consultant suggests that PCC can be submitted later also. It is enough if I send the documents along with the recipt of the PCC now and can send the PCC when I receive it. Even my passport is stuck in the passport office along with the PCC and I can not send the copy of that too.

Can some seniors suggest, what should be done. Is this really possible. Anyways I now don't have any other option.

Dear Johntutt,

Please submit an explanation letter along with the receipt of PCC.

Once your 120 days are gone, it will difficult for you to re-open the case.

Which country you are not able to get PCC...Is it Saudi..?

The Hyderabad passport office is worst. Though my veritification is clear long back they are delaying it. How much ever I try I don't think I will be able to receive the PCC on time. So whould an explanation letter along with the documents work? And i will send the PCC as soon as I receive it.

Boss.... just a create a new thread "Hyderabad PCC" and you will get lot of replies and solution for your case.

Try to tackle it by giving some tips to them...

Dear May Applicants!!

I am thankful to everyone for sharing the feedback, it has helped me a lot in preparing my documents. I have completed the documentation and Reference Letter Formalities. I have a few questions that require your kind input:

1. I have applied before June 26, 2010 and received my AOR in October 2010. Please note that the forms I submitted are in Old Format eg. IMM 0008(01-2009) etc to CIO, Canada. Now, as I have to submit all the documents to London Visa Office. I should fill all the forms again as per the New Forms IMM 0008(04-2010).

2.Please advise me on the process to get Police certificate from Abu Dhabi/ Dubai.

3. Last thing to confirm is that I have sent all my supporting documents like, Passport copies, Employment contracts (both from Pakistan and UAE), Educational documents, My Uncle Passport copy from Canada and his Bills etc all COLOR copies to Pakistan for Noterization.
As Noterization is expensive here in UAE I have sent it all to Pakistan for the Noterization. Notery Publics are found near Legal Courts and Government Buildings and Centers in Pakistan. Any one who can Noterize can Noterize the documents or are their any special people or company for that?

4. As I was going through the forums I thought there was a confusion about Academic Documents to be attested by HEC? UAE employment contract can be noterized in Pakistan? Canadian documents copies can be Noterized in Pakistan too?

In case of Relative Documents, I suggest you to attached also the Birth Certificate of your uncle and draw a tree chart showing your relation

Agree with you that Notarization in Dubai is expensive and it is better to do in Home Country

You can notarize your documents in Home Country....

PLEASE FOLLOW THE CHRONOLOGY OF DATE OF SUBMISSION OF FULL DOCUMENT TO THE RESPECTIVE VISA OFFICE, WHICH IS WHY WE COULD COMPARE THE STEP TO STEP MOVEMENT OF OUR FILES.................

Right now i do not think the chronological order of submission is still been followed by Vo especially with the difference in submission date of the Full documents by individuals.
But to satisfy you i would create another sheet on the spreadsheet showing the applicants in chronological order.

I can now also check my E-cas only that it is indicating that my medical results have been received. However, all other information displayed on my E-Cas are correct. Maybe VO has decided to waive the medicals for us.

I am going to send my docs in 2 days without the PCC attaching a cover letter explaining the situation and the PCC receipt. Thank you for your suggestion.
