Jan. 12, 2011 -FD sent to VO manila
Jan. 25, 2011 -2nd AOR (with same UCI# and BXXXXXXXXX)

need some clarifications...

according to the 2nd AOR-----

Dear XXXXX
This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada which we have received at this office.
You must quote the application number pasted above in any future correspondence.
Before your application can be placed into processing, a determination will be made as to whether or not your application is eligible for processing. If your application is not eligible for processing, you will receive a letter informing you of the reasons for the decision as well as a refund of the processing fees.

so it is understandable that our application is under review, background check and everything...the following day Jan 26,2010 i checked ECAS just incase it is working...fortunately, it is already and stated that...

"IN PROCESS"
We received your application for permanent residence on May 5, 2010.
Medical results have been received.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Manila office. They are pending review.

in this statement it says that medical results were received but actually i only sent FD...so i thought this might be a computer generated response to all applicants who has received their 2nd AOR....plz correct me if im wrong....

here is the clarification that i need some inputs with you guys...the terminologies that has been used regarding the status...

VISA OFFICE ELIGIBILITY REVIEW COMPLETE-----Visa Office - Eligibility Review Complete. The review of the application and supporting documents has been completed at the visa office. A letter with additional information has been mailed.

WITHDRAWN-----Application Withdrawn. We withdrew your application and your file has been closed.

IN PROCESS-----In Process. Based on review of your complete application package, it has been determined that your application is eligible for processing.
Processing has begun.

DECISION MADE
(A decision has been made at this point.)-----

Does the phrase "IN PROCESS" means that they already checked the documents of its authenticity and ready for the next stage or they are just about to start the background checking?

We had the same cocern, this is my case. This is a very rare case!! Pls. let me know if you had any idea whats going on my case :

I checked my Ecas and it appears like this :

We received your application for permanent residence on May 7, 2010.

Medical results have been received.

I never had medical here in Canada and never had any email or letter received from CIC to go on medical, BUt I've done my medical almost last year ...May 5 -9, 2009, maybe that was the date of my medical the result forwarded to the Canadian Embassy Manila Visa office.

I was so confuse pls. senior help me...any thought? is this a mistake from their part ? is this positive? did they consider mu medical from Manila Visa office.? I really do'nt know what is this? I hope you'll help me guys to figure out my case,I'm just wondering why it did not stated that my application received by Buffalo office ( That is the Usual case ) , I actually sent my full docs. Last Nov. 09, 2010..OMG !! I was nervous and somehow worried it could be positive or negative pls...any idea guys????..I appreciate for your inputs pls.., help me I f I had to call their call centres and clarify this. Hi everybody,

A few minutes ago I could log into eCas system and checked my status online.
My status is "In Process: Medical results have been received. " that is strange... because I have not even received my 2nd AOR yet and I suppose it's just a mistaken message.

what's your idea?

I think we do have same concern, I never got my 2nd Aor and yet that is the same messages I got in my Ecas..cheers Hope CIC will fix that soon..it was a mistake maybe...so we are 2 or 3 with the same concern ?

ANYONE WHO GOT THE SAME ECAS??? MEDICAL RECEIVED BUT STILL DON'T HAVE THE 2ND AOR?? PLS...POST YOUR INPUTS THANKS..

i am sure this is no longer a rare case,because many people received odd info on their Ecas lately..

awoderu on my second payment i used bank draft check i dont have any information when they withdrawn this money.i couriered my full document last dec 27 2010 and received by manila visa office last jan 4 2010 and my second AOR was jan 25 2011.when i checked my ecas it says IN PROCESS received your application on may 12,2010, application pending review in VO manila.
