I am planning to send my reply to the 1st AOR with 120 days deadline which is by 30th january, 2011. I have a Family of Three Members. I paid the Permanent Residence Fee CAD 550 + 550 + 150 = 1250. Do I need to send any money with my this application? if not, then what is the meaning of the followoing :

Follow these instructions to pay the fees. If you do not, we will return your
application. Processing fees are not refundable.

a federal skilled worker pay the processing fees to the CIO in Canadian
funds. Fees are payable by credit card (Visa,
MasterCard, American Express) or to the "Receiver
General for Canada" by:
• certified cheque,
• bank draft, or
• money order.
Do not enclose cash.
Note: Refer to the Payment Instructions in this
section for the Right of Permanent Residence Fee.

Singapore dollars.
• Canadian dollar payments must be made in the form of a bankdraft, drawn on a
bank in Canada and made payable to the Receiver General of Canada.
• Singapore dollar payments must be paid in the form of a cashier’s order or
bankdraft, drawn on a bank in Singapore and made payable to the Canadian
High Commission.
Note: Due to fluctuating exchange rates, check our Web site for the correct fees
when paying in Singapore dollars.
