Attorney is telling we need to give six month for processing the application. this is taking for ever. Any body with same time line?

Hi Pitermoon,

You are welcome buddy. I wish you a speedy process too. :)

Congrats to all who have received PPR - good luck to people like us waiting for MR / PPR !!

I just had a quick question - so at this point of time, if I send in a request to transfer my file which is "IN PROCESS" from New Delhi to a visa office in USA, will the entire process start all over again? Or they justl pick up from the point its pending from now on?

I have moved to US and expect to stay here for a while, so just wondering.

Very sorry to learn about the rejection.
May you please share the reasons of rejection?

i am a May2010 applicant & my e-cas is in-process since March2012.

1. my spouse's job/workplace changed and
2. the address of my previous work place has changed (I applied FSW using this office's job description/experience)

I need to inform CIC about this.
Does anybody know the e-mail address where I should mail them?

Hi All,
I received PPR from Ottawa office finally after sending them so many emails and asking as to when ill receive the ppr and calling the toll free number frequently.so all the hard work spent in following up payed off.

But the problem is I'm not in the us,I'm in India.is there a way to mail the passport from India?or do I have to send it through someone?
Thanks.

Hi Canada10091987,

Congrats first.

You can send your passport via Fedex or DHL. Though it would be wise to contact immigration office as to whether you can send it to your nearest visa office in India just to avoid confusion. Wish you speedy process.
