I am a new to the forum.
I applied on May 26th,2010 and according to tracking courier services it was dropped to CIO NS on 29th of May, i chose VO London.
So far no respose,i applied in NOC 3111.
Let we cheer ourselves,Canada is not so vital for lives,we are enjoying good lives,at least at our places.
Don't be panic and enjoy this awaiting.

Status updated. Let's keep hoping soon we would all receive our AOR. Besides London applicants have started receiving their AOR so be expectant of yours

I just called CIO...and exact replica of what umair81 mentioned above....except that they did not provide me Client ID and told that still no record in the system...however he sent a query to CIO and told that some one will contact in 30 days....

@ Navali, if you are already in Canada, you can find your client id number on your work permit or which ever permit you are on. I got mine, but it is of not much use as it won't serve any purpose of finding status with e-cas.. So you are at no loss with out it. Wishing good luck to us..

i have called them.they said they are opening the application.they sai files sent before may 13 were just received few days ago.

that is what i do not seem to get. Anyway i would call back later. How could he say that when June applicants have even started receiving their AOR. they are always contridicting information they give out to people

I sent an enqiry email to London and here is what i got



"Thank you for your enquiry.

Your file is with the Centralised Intake Unit in Sydney, Nova Scotia, waiting to be reviewed and assessed against the immigration eligibility requirements.

Due to the high volume of applications received it may take some time for your application to receive a determination. You will be contacted once a determination has been made by the Centralized Intake Office.

When i called CIO they gave me my Client ID..and told me that someone will contact me within 30 days.

when i tried to search status of my application on CIC website via that client ID..

it shows my old immigration case which i filed in 2007 under old rules which is in process..


if someone has two immigration cases in pipeline.. do they get one client ID for both ???

info needed.

yes you will get new file no under fast track for which you have not received any aor yet. why dont you just withdraw your old case.

well i dont want to. in case this one gets rejected i will remain with the old one.

as both apps are with slightly diffrent nocs.. this one was with noc 0213 the old one was with 2147.
