Look what a clean and simple table June applicants have: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/june-applicant-2010-t43317.0.html;msg410779#msg410779
They use formatting elements like table. It looks good that's true but at that point there should be someone who's looking after it.

I'll try to figure out something if I'll have few hours of free time this week.

Please help me

Hi,This is Hedieh .I have applied for Canada permanent residence in the Federal Skilled Worker class before June 2010 and I have received my Ref No last month. They asked me to prepare some documents and send it to CIO, so I would appreciated if you let me know :

1- Should I submit police-certification and clearance before 120 Days with my documents?
Hi Hedieh,
Glad to see you here, As I heard from my consultant you must send PCC with all documents to V.O in one package. Please be informed that PCC will be expired after 3 months. You can find more details in this topic:

Cheers

Thanks Tegnus,
May you import it into an excel table.

Hi All,
My name is sony pappachan, I am an indian national living in ireland for the last five years, I submitted my application for Canada PR through skilled worker stream on 7th May 2010, through my agent in canada. Please help me with regard to my querry as follows.

Since i submitted my application in may 2010, I obtained my police clearance certificates from India through indian embassy dated 1st June 2010, and Abudhabi dated 20th June 2010, I never travelled to these countries after this. I havent applied for my police clearance certificate from my current country of residence (Rep of ireland) yet. Abudhabi PC will be valid for three months only which will be expired on 20th september 2010. Do i need to reapply for these certificates again or is it OK for canadian immigration process. I am still waiting for my initial file number..

Thanking all for your kind support,

Sony

Yes, you have to apply new one.

PC must be 3 months old before it reaches to local chc. even i am also in same boat.

i got my PCC on 19th of july and my file reached CIO on 31st may..

will my PCC remain valid for a year.. as its issued within 3 months of file submission to CIO

I have my passport expiring in the month of jan 2011, so if i get a new renewed passport after the renewal the number the passport will change, will it anyway effect my application or should I intimate CIC about this change as I had my cc charged on 17th of Aug and haven't received my AOR as of now. Pl suggest what should I do.

Hi dskairon,
You have nothing to worry about. As at the time of submission in May 2010, your passport validity met the condition for application.

Submit your documents when you receive the request(AOR), you may or may not mention it in your cover letter.

When your CHC(VO) eventually requests for your passport. You will then submit a new passport, which you must have obtained on or before the expiry date-Jan 2011

Best wishes
Olabisi

I agree with Umair. As for applicants whose applications reached to CIO before 26th June, they fall under old rules. As per old rules, your PCC should be issued within 03 months period from the date of your application submission to CIO.

For Example if Your application reached CIO on 1st May 2010, the PCC should NOT be issued before 1st Feb 2010.

However, the only issue is many PCC (from Pakistan, India, FBI) dont mention expiry date. However PCC from UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi) mention an expirt date of 03 months. Seniors can help us on this particulary about UAE PCCs.

Regards

I m May Applicant,my application reached CIC on 27th May,but i dont have any news, even i dont know whether my DD has been encashed or not.Just waiting n waiting

Hi Tegnus and SandR

Few questions as you have already send you application to VO.

1-Have you send Landing Fees along with your application?
2-Can you please provide me the format of Job Reference Letter? I mean in the information it says that "a business card of the person signing" but here in india, where i work, my Officer does not have business card. So, how to present these requirements?
3-For Bank statement, last 3 months statement will be fine? Any clues or information if the visa officer will call bank and would verify whether the funds are since long time or just transfered before the statement dates?

Comments or Advices from other Experts will also be appreciated.

Thanks in Advance.
