One good news I got today;I got my IELTS score today, I will be getting full points for English Language. (I scored 9 in my listening )

But, the positioning of my middle name is wrong in the report form.

My First Name : John
Family Name is : King Doe

But in the report they have: Doe as Family name and John King as my Name.

The spelling is correct but the positioning of my middle name is wrong. Will this be a problem.

- Now waiting for my AOR

I have my FBI Certificate, PCC from India, IELTS, Proof of Fund ready. But I cannot get my transcripts in sealed cover since I am in US and it is going to be difficult to ask someone to do it. Any Reference letter from my boss is pending, hope he agrees to give it. My company will not give for sure.

This is to prepare ground for the immediate take off of the POST JUNE 26 APPLICANTS
The POST JUNE 26 APPLICATIONS is to commence so that the 20,000 applicants knows their faith on time and the excess applications returned. The POST JUNE APPLICATION will end on JULY 25, 2011. ( ABOUT 10 MONTHS LEFT)
If your CC/DD has been charged, you are advise to gather all document require.

It is just a presumption. We all want that it will be the truth. But who knows how CIC will send AORs.

I got my DD charged on 19th August. Please update status. I too am applying through consultant, but I took a DD in canadian dollars and sent it to my consultant. We noted our DD number and I kept calling Bank of America to check whether my DD was en-cashed. I got the news yesterday only.

good to know its moving now

a question regarding our forms sent to CIO.
do we need to send old forms or fill new one
if we send old one then where to do amendements (add extra sheet and mention it ?). what about the date mentioned on those forms, do we need to have that old date with signature (in my case i got copy after signature so wot to do).
can anyone help with brief explanation of how to go about it.

I think it is just a speculation, a thought or a guess....and we all are doing the same as well...this week is also almost gone, just 2 days left and no update about AORs....
so just be positive, keep praying and hope for the best...

priyanka,surinderjit,hotheartandsunnyspot--these are the 4 active members of our april applicant thread ,still eagerly waiting for AOR inspite of their cc/dd charged.it means may applicants have to wait still 1-2 weeks 4 their AOR

Yes they can reject your application after CC have been done. CC is one of first things what they do, afterward they review your application in CIO.

I don't have any consultant either, I think it's waste of money.

When CIO charged your CC, This charge was in reference to the processing of your application. I have never seen that an application was rejected after CC charged.
