AFAIK there are no insurance options for last 2 months of pregnancy for a tourist in Canada. You will need to pay for baby delivery and that might be very costly. Another issue is to find a hospital which will accept you as most of the hospitals require referral from family doctor which obviously you don't have.

In the health thread I think I read that costs could be upto 10000 cdn for a delivery without complications and more with complications. Doubtful any travel insurance would cover anything other than emergency treatment.

As visitors possible even regular appointments would be chargeable and not refundable from travel insurance. Could turn out to be a costly visit if staying full term in Canada.

Others can comment but see the Health thread for similar questions although most are questions from new residents not visitors

Go to a walk-in clinic and ask for a referral. As others have said, you will need to pay for all medical care you receive out of your own pocket.
