We are in same -sex relationship and we are in 8 years long-distance relationship. I already applied for sponsor ship on her under family reunification together with my son. But CIC declined my sponsorship to her under common-law sponsorship.I was really frustrated to that result. Now, her sister will sponsor her to visit Canada. Is it okay or is it possible and legal if we marry here in Canada ?

If you are long-distance, you are not common-law and were correctly refused. If she is approved for a TRV, you can get married here.
