Married after getting PR

We used to live in Canada on a work permit and she had a study permit back in 2017 until May. I received my pr in March and she got her work permit pgwp. Now the issue is that we got married in this August and during the time of my PR application I didn't mention her name as a common law as she was in a different relationship until Feb 2017 and we were just roommates. She got divorced and now if I have to apply for spousal PR her previous address shows the same as my address. How can I prove that we were never in a relationship back then. Will providing her divorce papers prove the thing?

You can only be common law in Canada if you were living together in a relationship fo 12 consecutive months.

Ok so I'm not claiming any time for common law as there isn't any previous relation. So my question here is living under same address be an issue?
