I just got married with a Canadian Citizen but we both live in the United States. We don't have an American Green Card neither.
I'm Brazilian, so I do need a visa to go to Canada. Since I'm married with a Canadian do I have any kind of visa different from Visiting/Tourist Visa?
Can my spouse sponsor me for a Canadian PR even though we are not living in Canada?

He can sponsor you for PR while living in the US but then he has to show plans to move to Canada when you get your PR. Such plans could be having a job offer, having arranged housing etc.

You do not get any special visa to Canada for being married to a Canadian. It is actually often harder for spouses of Canadians to get a visit visa to Canada because they are often thought to be a risk to overstay but you can try to apply for a 10 year multiple entry visa and see if you get it in case you just want to visit and not really go for the PR yet.
